By partnering with community agencies and comparing the different methods counselors use when working with families, we hope to ensure that in the future families will receive effective services.
Enrollment
If you are currently receiving services at one of our partnering agencies, please ask your counselor for the Partnerships for Families Project Flyer. Click here for a list of partner agencies.
Eligibility
Children aged 5-15 are eligible for the project. Families can only be enrolled in the project if their assigned agency counselor is participating in our project. If your counselor is unsure about the project, please call the Partnerships for Families coordinator for assistance.
